“THE RASPBERRY REICH” WINS THE “KISS GLBT” AWARD IN LA PAZ, BOLIVIA

The Jury of the 2nd edition of the International GLBT Film and Video Festival, composed by film directors Jac Avila (Bolivia), Amy Hesketh (USA) and by Paris Galan (Federation GLBT of La Paz) and M. Eugenia Torrico (Adesproc), along with the Director of the Festival Diego Torres, announced the “GLBT Kiss” awards of the festival.
The prize to the best feature film went to “The Raspberry Reich” of Canadian film director Bruce Labruce, the best documentary award went to “Campillo, yes I do” of Spanish filmmaker Andrés Rubio and the best short film award went to “La espinita” (The Tiny Fish Bone) of Basque director Tania Arriaga.
A Special Mention was granted from the Jury to the feature “Dos miradas” (Two Looks) of Sergio Candel from Spain.
Thus concluded the second version of the GLBT La Paz Film Festival that exhibited more than forty premiere movies during one week in the capital of Bolivia.
